Bottle Packaging
Our bottle packaging solutions are designed to hold 50+ different bottle shapes, sizes and weights. They can be shipped in multiple configurations from 1 to 24 bottles/containers in any one box. The variation of products suitable for use within our product range is extensive, including wine, spirits, champagne, beer, health drinks, canned drinks, holiday hampers & drink sets as well as oils, honey, and candles, to name a few. We also offer a chilled option, that allows you to send products which need to remain within certain temperature parameters.
We understand that no business wants to deal with cost and time loss caused by damages, breakages, spillages and returns of dented products. This concept is at the forefront of all our designs. All of our bottle moulds are UK manufactured and designed specifically for the safe transit of liquids through the courier networks. Tested to ISTA standards and above, our products have been independently tested as well as internally tested with our ‘EGI-DPD Drop Test Protocol’. This is why our packaging is approved for use in the DPD network.
Less packaging also means less cost. You save on product costs with no need to buy multiple packaging options. This means reduced shipping weight and cost. It also reduces man hour costs, with quick training as well as reduced packing speeds.
BOXES
We work in partnership with high quality suppliers who offer outer cartons specifically made to work with our moulds. You can match the exact quantity of outer cartons to your moulds, so you will never need to have a surplus. Branding options are also available. For more information, please contact us.
ECO CREDENTIALS
Made from 100% recycled waste materials our moulded fibre pulp products are 100% Compostable, 100% Biodegradable and 100% Recyclable. Also, in many cases reusable.
OUR SERVICE
We work with our customers not for them and want you to have the best and most suitable product for your business. This means we will only recommend our packaging if we feel it is the best option for you. We will engage other suppliers if we believe their products are more suitable to your operations, whether this be in conjunction or independently of ours.
TIME-SAVING
Easy to pack; you could reduce your warehouse packaging time significantly. No need to wrap, stick, fold… our packaging on average takes around 30-40 seconds including taping up the box!
